  • Min. Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering Education, from reputable university with min. GPA ≥ 3.00
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Power Point, Outlook, and Excel)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skill
  • Have knowledge to build Technical Competency is a plus point 
  • Multitasking, self-confident and outgoing person
  • Preferable with min. 1 year of experience in the same field, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply

  • Provide job training plan for new hire and transfer based on Training Matrix.
  • Analyze training gap of existing employee and plan appropriate training accordingly.
  • Responsible for preparing the training curriculum in accordance with the results of the training needs analysis
  • Make training module & presentation
  • Work closely with subject matter experts to design and update learning material.

PT. Garuda Metalindo are nationwide company which established and operational since 1982, in the manufacturing of bolt and nut. Before the establishment of the company, activity already begin as a home industry since 1970 producing Spring Center Bolt and Spring U-Bolt, that been used in motor vehicle. In line with the economical growth of Indonesia, PT Garuda Metalindo keep exist and developing in every aspect of the company, which influence the growth of the company. At this time, we are not only producing Spring Center Bolt and Spring U-Bolt, auto parts and fasteners but also we produce many kind of bolt and nut from 2 mm to 30 mm based on customer requirement. At this time our company occupied the new office building. We build a new office at the location of the old office at kapuk and expand the office building three times larger than the old office as our company growth. We are occupied an area about 15,000 square meters and 14,493 square meters for the building space in Kapuk area and about 21,000 square meters at Tangerang area. By June 2006 we've been employed about 1018 employee in factory and office for both location in Jakarta and Tangerang. Trust that given by our customer which produce many kind of product from vehicle, bicycle, home appliance, electronics and others. Are proof that we are a trusted and reliable company in producing bolt, nut and automotive component. Become the one of the leading bolt and nut manufacturer in Indonesia, we are trying to improve our self and developing our capabilities to be one of the player in global market. by then we are consistent in developing and managing our company to be recognize in global market with the implementation of ISO 9000 Series in year 2000 and been certified in January 2001 by Lloyd's Registered Quality Assurance. In year 2004 along with the company growth we realize that we have to improve our self better than before , that's why we are up grading our ISO 9000 Series to ISO TS-16949. And we are been certified on August 2004. Our hope that by implementing the ISO TS-16949 on our company we can compete in local and global market fairly. This year our concern on the company growth to develop more competence human resources with knowledge and implementation of safety and health environment aspect.
